First things first. We’ll probably be a little cheaper than many of our competitors, especially the “prestigious Edinburgh office” brigade, but we’re not bargain basement. You need to know that you are buying knowledge and experience and that is rarely available cut price.

We’ll agree a cost between us and we will stick to it unless you decide to make significant changes. Our user friendly terms of engagement explain all that you need to know.

We’ll try our best to stick to your timescales, but property and construction is a tricky business. We’ll let you know by routine updates how things are going and if the fates are conspiring against us.

We’ll happily work with other firms as a sub consultant, as a consortium member or on a freelance basis. If you have an opportunity that needs teamwork over a short timescale, we’ll pull together other like minded people to work alongside us for you. See our terms of engagement.
